Bogle Chardonnay - 750 Millilitre , $10.49

Our Bogle Chardonnay is the epitome of a hand-crafted wine. Harvested by hand and whole cluster pressed, half of the grapes go directly into stainless steel tanks to retain their crisp, fresh nature. The other half of the grapes are fermented in new American oak, where they age on the lees for 8 months, with monthly stirring. The finished wine is blended together just before bottling, resulting in a complex and delightful wine. Green apple and pear aromas classically characterize this wine as Clarksburg, while honeycomb and vanilla heighten the first impression. The rich, round entry rolls into a viscous and silky mouth feel, surrounded by Asian pears and Honeycrisp apples. The finish lingers long and soft, like the wafting aromas of grandma’s warm apple pie. This versatile wine pairs well with grilled fish, roasted chicken, fresh green salads, and soft, mild cheeses.

Chalk Hill Chardonnay California White Wine, 750 ml - 750 Millilitre , $21.99

Our story started in 1972 with a vision to plant grapes along the diverse terrain of Sonoma County's rolling hills. Chalk Hill Winery lies within a small AVA which bears the same name and has been producing highly acclaimed wines led by its flagship Estate Chardonnay. Meticulous attention to detail, decades of clonal research, sustainable viticulture practices and a minimalist approach to winemaking all combine to produce wines of character, richness and elegance. Perhaps no other winery captures the casual luxury of Sonoma County better than Chalk Hill Estate. Founded nearly four decades ago, this spectacular 1300-acre property features 300 acres of vineyards, wilderness areas, winery, hospitality center, culinary garden, residence, stables, equestrian pavilion, sports fields, fishing and swimming ponds, and guest houses. The winery's vineyards are thoughtfully woven through the native foliage and contoured to fit the intricate terrain. More than two-thirds of the Chalk Hill Estate remains uncultivated. The higher elevations offer stunning views of the Russian River Valley to the west and the Mayacamas Mountains to the east. Our 2023 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is bright, forward, balanced and approachable. Enticing aromas of apple, peach, vanilla, and spice are lifted by elegant floral characters. With its cool-climate influences, this chardonnay has remarkable varietal intensity, balanced acidity and mineral notes on the long finish.
