Ingredients
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbs grill seasoning
1 Tbs ketchup
1 Tbs yellow mustard
4 large tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 pickle slices
Directions
  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic. Add ground beef and grill seasoning. Sauté until meat is cooked through and browned. Stir in ketchup and mustard; remove from heat. 
  2. Core and hollow out tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Divide the meat between the tomatoes. Top with cheese, lettuce and pickles.
