Ingredients
1 (10 oz) can frozen piña colada cocktail mixer
1/2 cup rum
1/2 cup water
4 cups ice
red food coloring
blue food coloring
Directions
  1. In a blender, combine the cocktail mixer, rum and water. Add ice to fill blender, and puree.
  2. Divide the mixture between 3 bowls. 
  3. Add 3 drops of red food coloring to one bowl and 3 drops of blue food coloring to another bowl. Stir to combine. (The third bowl will remain white.)
  4. Store them in the freezer until ready to use. 
  5. To serve, spoon some of the blue mixture into the bottom one-third of 4 glasses. Repeat with a layer of white and then a layer of red.

Make It A Mocktail: Simply replace the 1/2 cup of rum with 1/2 cup of coconut water.

Directions
