Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberries, plus more for serving
2 Tbs granulated sugar, divided
2 Tbs blueberry jam
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 Tbs strawberry jam
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 oz whipped cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups heavy cream
whole strawberries, for serving
Directions
  1. Add 1 cup of blueberries, 1 tablespoon of sugar and blueberry jam to a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and blueberries begin to soften (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Let cool completely. Repeat with sliced strawberries, remaining sugar and strawberry jam. Let cool.
  2. To make the ice cream, combine the condensed milk, cream cheese, vanilla and salt to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whip until smooth and combined. Add heavy cream. Whip until soft peaks form. Spoon one-third of ice cream mixture into a loaf pan. Drop spoonfuls of blueberry and strawberry sauces onto ice cream. Use a knife to swirl. Repeat with another layer of ice cream and more sauces until all ingredients are used. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for 6 hours or until frozen. Serve with extra berries.
